Contract Vehicles

We serve our public sector clients through the SBA 8(a) Program, GSA, and other state and local contract vehicles.

8(a) Sole Source Contract: The 8(a) Program allows any federal agency to award sole source contracts to the SBA on behalf of Educology Solutions. Additionally, authority set forth in section 825 of the 2015 NDAA allow sole source awards to Women-Owned and Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB/EDWOSB). Contracts awards for both 8(a) and WOSB are limited to $4M. You can initiate a contract with a simple high level SOW and alleviate 60-90 days of acquisition time. GSA IT Schedule 70, GS-35F-616GA: The General Services Administration’s government-wide acquisition contract for information technology is a multiple award contract known as Schedule 70. The vehicle’s convenient ordering procedures enable cost effective delivery of IT and telecommunications hardware, software, and professional services to Federal, state and local agencies and activities. Under Schedule 70, ESI provides IT professional services in support of Systems Integration, Application Development & Maintenance, Health IT Solutions, Infrastructure Support, and Cybersecurity Services. DCSS MOBIS ID/IQ: The District of Columbia Supply Schedule (DCSS) for Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract allows District Government agencies and other state government agencies to procure a wide variety of business consulting services from ESI. Services include consulting, advisory and assistance, facilitation, studies, training, analyses and reports documenting developmental, and implementation efforts that enable continuous mission improvement and performance. The contract has a $10,000,000 ceiling and 5 year period of performance (through August 2022).
